We hired Catering by Nikki for our daughters wedding reception in Colorado Springs, August 2014. The Chicken Marsala, Beef Brisket and the garlic mashed potatoes were melt in you mouth delicious! Her staff was fantastic, the price was very reasonable and Nikki was helpful and willing to adapt the menu to our needs which made this a pleasant experience for us since we were planning from Nevada.

I just wanted to thank you for helping me to bring my daughter's wedding together. I expected your food to b outstanding-we had sampled that-and it was. What I did not expect was how you helped me bring the wedding together!
We were on a tight budget and saved thousands by planning and executing the whole affair ourselves. Not a small feat, by any stretch of the imagination! You were there for me gracefully, whenever I had a question. You have so much experience with many different scenarios of weddings so that you were able to guide me and provide probable outcomes with all my "what if's"
It is truly mind-bobbling how many more details pop up whenever ANY decision is made. And that is where you helped me the most.
Then, during the reception, your staff was so kind and helpful. That was another very pleasant, very appreciated surprise.When an event is catered well, you hope the staff will be somewhat invisible because things are running so smoothly that you can simply concentrate on enjoying yourself and your guests. That was the case with your staff. But, beyond that, it was obvious that they really cared about those they were serving. They were very gentle and attentive when anything was asked of them. It was like a welcome balm during a stressful time when a hundred things were going on at once. We were confident that that part of the event was handled, and handled well. Please let them know how much that meant to us.
I really would not consider doing anything like this again without you or your staff.Thank you so much for helping to make this come together so seamlessly for us. You have become a valuable contact and friend.

Our family is deeply grateful for the beautiful catering assistance Nikki provided for our son's Celebration of Life Service at La Foret. This was a most difficult time in our lives and Nikki went out of her way to make it as seamless as she could for us.
Her hor douvers were beautifully presented, delicious and came in without issue and were cleaned away without a worry. We especially appreciated the measures that Nikki went to to assist us in getting tablecloths early for set up and many other
